Shuttle’s BPCAL02 and BPCAL03 are intelligent embedded PCs, with Intel® 12th Gen Alder Lake processors for optimized intelligent workloads. These computers support dual-channel DDR5-4800 memory, enhance caching, and ensure data security. Powered by i5/i7 processors and Intel® Iris Xe graphics, they accelerate a wide range of tasks, including edge AI inference, data analysis, process control, image recognition, and more. Their highly flexible I/O modular designs, along with various mounting options, also meet a wide range of customized requirements in industrial IoT environments. Additionally, the BPCAL03 is capable of operating in a wide temperature range (-20°C to +60°C).

Fanless Embedded Box-PC by Elkhart Lake Processors
To meet the challenges of IoT Edge, Shuttle’s fanless embedded computer product line has added a new force, which contains three models, namely BPCEL02, BPCEL03, and BPCEL07. These three models design with durably made and boast the Intel® Elkhart Lake platform advantage in a robust compact chassis, which offers a wide range of processor options, such as Pentium® J6426/ Celeron® J6412/ Atom® x6425E, to carter to various performance applications. The aluminum alloy housing design provides excellent heat dissipation and anti-interference capabilities. It supports a broad working temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, enabling it to function efficiently under extreme environmental conditions. With its exceptional performance, stability, and flexibility, this series is well-suited for several application fields, including industrial control, automation, IoT, edge computing, retail, and more.
The series supports up to 32GB DDR4-3200MHz memory and can play 4K/60P ultra-high-definition video content. It comes equipped with 2x HDMI 2.0b that supports dual independent displays and up to three displays through video output expansion. Moreover, it has a rich set of I/O and expansion interfaces, including dual Intel 2.5GbE, 4x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 4x USB 2.0, 3x RS232, M.2 2280 Type M, and M.2 2230 Type E. The modular design of this series allows for different I/O expansions and replacements to meet various customization needs, which makes it highly adaptable to specific use cases and requirements.
In addition, The BPCEL02/BPCEL03/BPCEL07 supports multiple installation methods, including VESA, DIN-rail, and Ear-mount, facilitating easy installation and deployment in diverse environments that require dependable computing capabilities. -
BPCWL03
Fanless Whiskey Lake Box-PC with wide-range operating temperature
Shuttle BPCWL03 is designed with Intel® Whiskey Lake-U/UE platform, supporting a series of Core™ and Celeron® processors with up to 64GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM that enables reliable performance for graphics-intensive industrial application needs. It is suitable for harsh operating conditions with an extended operating temperature range of -20° C to +60°C on a fanless design.
Designed with two Intel® Gigabit LAN, four USB3.2Gen1, three RS-232 ports, and four USB 2.0 to accommodate diverse peripheral connections. The BPCWL03 is built-in one M.2 2280 Type M and one M.2 2230 Type E slots to install M.2 SSD and a WiFi card or other compatible devices, proving a strong expansion capacity. The BPCWL03 can support dual independent displays via HDMI1.4 interfaces. It also provides customized options of additional COM port and display output for the possible needs of diverse display signals of DVI-I, DisplayPort, or VGA.
The BPCWL03 comes with versatile mounting options of VESA, DIN-rail and Ear Mount for easy installation and mounting in machines, control racks and control cabinets. -

Embedded Box PC - Compact, Expandable and Fanless
Shuttle BPCWL02 is a compact, yet expandable fan-less embedded PC design with high performance and flexibility to consolidate applications in industrial control and automation. Based on Intel® Whiskey Lake-U platform, the BPCWL02 is available with Intel® Celeron®/Core i3/i5/i7 processors, and supporting with up to 64GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM.
The BPCWL02 is built to easily integrate into a variety industrial application. I/O features include three RS-232 ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and four USB2.0 ports, it can be connected to a range of peripherals. It also has dual Intel® Gigabit LAN and support dual display via two HDMI interfaces.
The BPCWL02 comes with versatile mounting options of VESA, DIN-rail and Ear Mount for easy installation and mounting in machines, control racks and control cabinets.
